Plan Distribution & Domain Alignment

This step ensures the approved plan, budget, and schedule are clearly communicated to the parts of the co-op responsible for executing them.

A. Distribute the approved quarterly materials

Share the finalized plan, KPIs, Chode budget, and schedule into the designated communication threads for each operational domain.

B. Confirm receipt by domain leadership

Each domain lead is responsible for acknowledging that they’ve received and reviewed the materials relevant to their area.

C. Align expectations within each domain

Domain leadership ensures roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and timelines are understood by anyone participating in that domain.

D. Distribute materials for special projects as needed

Any special initiatives directed by co-op leadership receive the same materials and expectations within their designated threads.
