What to Expect

a moment where an online wellness mission becomes an in-person experience. A small group of queer men who have found each other through shared values, curiosity, and care will finally gather in the same physical space to slow down, connect, and reset together.

This retreat is about finally meeting face-to-face. Turning usernames into real conversations, shared meals, laughter, and moments of quiet understanding that only happen when people are fully present together.

Wellness sessions are designed to support reflection, grounding, and nervous-system regulation. This is not a performance or productivity retreat—it’s about coming back into your body and reconnecting with yourself.

The mountains provide the backdrop for spaciousness and clarity. Time outdoors, fresh air, and a slower rhythm are intentionally built into the experience.

With only 10 men, the retreat prioritizes emotional safety, honesty, and depth. This is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself—just show up as you are.

Friday, June 26 — Arrival & Settle In

  • Return to the cabin

Sunday, June 28 — Reflection & Community

  • Brunch

  • Guided meditation session led by Ben

  • Activity in town

  • Lunch

  • Wellness wrap-up session

  • Group cooking and shared dinner

    Private mountain cabin near the Rocky Mountains, offering shared gathering spaces, quiet corners, and room to disconnect from daily noise.

  • Total Cost: $500
    Deposit: $100 (due by March 31)
    Remaining Balance: $400 (due by May 1)

    No payment plans
    Failure to pay remaining balance by May 1 will result in cancellation
    Deposits are required to hold your seat

    This retreat will only move forward if all 10 seats are filled by March 31.
    If the group does not fill by that date, the project will be cancelled and deposits refunded.
