This step covers day-to-day leadership throughout the quarter. The focus is on supporting teams, tracking progress, and keeping work aligned with the approved plan.
A. Manage active teams, roles, and projects
The CEO supports domain leadership, removes blockers, and ensures work is moving forward as planned.
B. Track progress against KPIs and milestones
Progress is monitored regularly to ensure teams are aligned with quarterly goals. At each board meeting, the Chair is responsible for following up on KPIs and reporting progress to ensure alignment with the quarterly plan.
C. Support adjustments as needed
Minor changes to scope, timing, or approach are addressed without losing alignment to the approved plan.
D. Maintain oversight of the Chode Economy
Chode earning, tracking, and distribution are monitored to ensure fairness and alignment throughout the quarter.
